ACTUAL SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES YOUTH ASSOCIATIONS

Abstract:

In Russia the civil society and youth initiatives are developing rapidly. After the collapse of the Soviet Union many youth organizations ceased operations, and today the new ones work inefficiently because of immature organizational structures and the lack of broad experience. Development of youth initiatives is the best way to develop personal and leadership potential of the population. The author, based on the structure of the AIESEC organisation, offers to focus on the following organizational factors: corporate culture, regular recruitment and selection of new members, the transfer of skills, strong organizational system, subordination and division of competences, elections and management turnover, MoS (measures of success) system, R&R (reward and recognitions) system, transparency in communication channels between projects and departments, external relations.
