Abstract:

The problem of the relationship to a beautiful body and the desire of young girls to have less weight than the medical norm. The theoretical analysis of a number of studies on various aspects of anorexia and the perception of its own body. Provides an empirical analysis of representations of women´s own body and the body of a beautiful woman. Weight measured by the standards of WHO and analyzed from the perspective of under-or overweight.
