Abstract:

Physically strong, healthy young people - the main asset of any nation, any state. It is known that the current situation among young people can be assessed as critical. Rise in crime among young people, the criminalization of youth communities and penetration of plant underworld rampant drug and alcohol abuse. The birth rate has fallen to the limit, only a very small proportion of births can be attributed to the category of healthy children. Thus the question of a healthy lifestyle is to our country as a matter of life and death.
