Abstract:

The problem is caused by the formation of professionalism above all the state order for the modernization and upgrade of the system of higher education. The declared focus on personal development, its potential results in a change in many traditional educational technologies. In terms of the labor market for graduates of high school in the first place is not imposed requirements for the finished set of professionally important qualities of the person, and the activity-organizational ability to "grow" in the profession, the ability to analyze their activities, quickly design skills, learn new trade zone, which may in our view, by updating personal potential.
