Abstract:

The role of life-sense orientations in forming a stress resistance of employees the penitentiary system were analyzed within the framework of research work. The results of an empirical study are presented. 219 employees of the penitentiary system took part in it. The study used the methods «The Organizational Stress Scale» by McLean and "Life-sense orientations" test.
