Abstract:

This article reflects the results of a study on the definition of the relationship of men and women in the youth environment to women´s labor during maternity leave. To obtain high-quality results, 150 young people aged between 18 and 35 living in the Russian Federation were interviewed. The results of the research showed that, despite the fact that the man is ready to support the partner, men, to a slightly lesser extent than women, consider female labor in the period of maternity leave important and complex.
