Abstract:

The article substantiates the concept of human health through the implementation of an integrated approach in education. Based on the selected factors of a healthy lifestyle, a set of basic rules for maintaining a healthy lifestyle is described, reflecting a comprehensive approach to solving the problem. The effectiveness of comprehensive measures to attract young people to a healthy lifestyle depends, according to the authors, on a person´s awareness of the need to preserve and increase health, as the most important value of life and activity.
