Abstract:

This article considered the theoretical aspects of forensic psychological examination with minors. The author examines the following aspects of this type of examination: the ability of a minor to testify; the possibility of a minor to be consciously guided by his behavior at all stages of the consideration of the case during the trial; the implementation of a forensic psychological examination with minors on the basis of the tasks of law proceedings.
