Abstract:

The role of a psychologist accompanying investigative actions in cases against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of minors is analyzed in this article. The actions and functions of a psychologist during interrogation and forensic psychological examination are described, taking into account the specific cognitive and personal characteristics of juvenile victims.
