Abstract:

In this article the relevance of the problem of bias in forensic psychological expertise in Russia is discussed. On the basis of theoretical analysis factors, that affects forensic expert biases in decision-making are outlined. This article also covers a framework of the dual-process theory that can be used as a theoretical basis of future study in the field of forensic expertise.
