FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN SPECIALISTS IN SOCIAL

The article discloses the problems of the formation of communicative competence among specialists who carry out their activities in the field of social work. Communicative competence is considered as an individual´s ability to effectively carry out their professional activities. It is shown that the basis of communicative competence is the ability to stand on the side of the opponent and build the interaction so that it is accepted them. Communicative competence as a professionally important personality quality of social workers includes interpersonal skills. It represents a system of internal resources, on the basis of which productive communication is built in difficult, requiring a special approach, situations.
