Abstract:

The article describes the characteristics of possible models of behavior of people in a problem situation, depending on the extent to which its successful solution depends on them personally. Possible addressees of assisting people in their difficult life situations are also highlighted and considered. The article was prepared based on the results of an empirical sociological study conducted among university teachers and students.
