Abstract:

State youth policy is a direction of state activity that ensures the formation of social conditions for the country´s innovative development, which is carried out on the basis of active interaction with civil society institutions, state associations and youth organizations. Finding the most effective ways to manage youth policy is the most important task facing modern Russian society.
